Hi from a Cappuccino owner.
I'm Tom, I live in North Yorkshire and I own a Cappuccino that I'm in the process of converting to electric. The electric motor has around 120hp so it should be fun! I've visited the forum a number of times before but thought it was about time to register. My Dad and then brother owned a Daihatsu Mira Classic which was great. Unfortunately that was sold earlier this year.
I drove the Cappucino for a month last summer before parking it up and absolutely loved it. I've been stripping it down and getting the rust sorted over the past year and I'm now about to start putting the electric conversion in. I've got quite a lot of surplus engine related parts that I will no longer need so keep an eye out in the for sale section!
PS. If anyone has a 4WD kei they would like to sell I may be interested, I need a winter car for when it gets too snowy for the Cappuccino!

Hello and welcome!
Interesting idea for the Cappuccino build. Not sure if I've ever seen an electric one before! Has anyone else given it a go?

As far as I’m aware it will be the first electric Cappo. There was a guy who did a Honda Beat a while back but I don’t think that’s still running. I did have a build thread on an electric car forum but the forum has lost the last year of data recently so unfortunately it’s all gone.
